I managed to order mine thru Target, they have a 25% off the purchase of your first toy...only trick is you'll need a USA address to ship to.

Okay… blackout is $340 Canadian.
Target has him for 20% off right now. Then you can use the 25% off first toy promo. That takes him to $104 US. That’s $144 cad. If you use something like Shippsy you can get him here and into your hands for under $200.

i preordered on amazon japan, it came to about 205 shipped. not available from AJ right now but it might be available on closer to release
