i'm specifically looking for the HFTD/RTS versions...

Check the RCSS as they have some HFTD Fallens at my store here in Peterborough on for $18.94. It's not $15 but it's better than paying $30.

Your sightings thread would probably be a better place for a question like that, but you could always use google maps, at least for the sake of getting a rough idea of what you're looking for.
