In Toronto, they used to hard to come by, but now I see them everywhere (except the red ranger). It looks like all the scalpers and hardcore collectors got them already and now Toysrus has extras sitting there doing nothing, waiting for the casual collector or buyer to get the. Its that or the fact that no parents are buying for there kids cause of the 15+ age
