Some images of a new Rusty Siege Ironhide And a Kingdom Cheetor Redeco*have been surfacing over the internet. These figures have also been rumored during the last week in our boards. We have a very dark and rusty redeco of the Siege Ironhide mold, possible inspired by the Quintesson’s drones seen in the War For Cybertron Earthrise cartoon. Dang, that blue on Cheetor looks a lot better than the regular release. Too bad it's missing on the legs. It's like they purposely made the original release wrong so that they could resell you the proper colors.

That's why you never settle for "almost but not quite". Wait for them to release the figure you actually want before you spend your money.

But how would you even know which figure they'd be re-releasing? Cheetor came out basically two weeks ago and they already have a color variant for him. I think color variants are pointless unless it has some significance to the character (i.e. a G1 color variant and a G2 color variant). To make a figure with wrong colors purposely and then release another version with the correct colors is just a cash grab (and literally impossible to know because how would you know which figures are getting a re-release).

I would hold out for that Cheetor if Netflix distribution wasn't garbage. Still waiting for Netflix Bumblebee and Elita 1 to be available at least somewhat widely here in BC.

Well with Cheetor he's a wave 1 figure, so if they didn't release a new version the old one would still be easy to find months from now.

True, but people are still having a hard time finding Wave 2 and 3 of Earthrise, so saying the Kingdom figures will be easy to find is difficult to say.
