Kre-o Replacement Parts

I was putting my large Prime together tonight and I noticed he was missing a few pieces. A couple are simply the wrong colour and others are missing altogether. I seem to recall hearing that you can order replacement parts so I was looking at Hasbro's website. The American site has a nice PDF form you can fill out and mail in but the Canadian site is less than helpful.

Has anyone else actually order pieces and familiar with the process?

You can try the email section on this page. I haven't used it for Kreo but I have used it for regular transformers. They usually take a day or two to respond.

Try to go to chat, I got my answer instantly besides the fact the person had to go find out the answer. (Can canadian residents get the free kreo t-shirt, no we can't)

If all else fails, there's a Danish company that sells some very similar construction blocks (can't recall the name; something beginning with "L".) You can probably find the pieces you need in one of their sets.

Depending on what's easier, I'd just exchange the set and get a new one, or if it's past the return date, buy a new one, then return your old one. Shifty maybe, but'll be a lot faster then shippiing the items back and forth to hasbro.

this is why I like megabloks. We've replaced sooooo many things, no questions asked. Nice easy process, arrives within 2 weeks.

the kre-o website has an actual form for people to fill out and request missing parts for the specific sets.

EDIT: nvm it sends you to the hasbro page with no option to select kre-o parts, just board game pieces. what a useless function
