Is there a way to print downloaded digital comics and read them like a book? Cause honestly, it's hard to read them on a computer screen.

What format did you download them in? CBR or CBZ (typical ecomic formats) are just RAR and ZIP files renamed. In theory you could just rename the extensions and unzip/unrar them into the individual jpeg files, though I'm not sure what kind of protections they have on the CBZ/CBR files officially purchased online.

I just use a tablet and ecomic reader app myself.

I find a tablet or larger phone is the best way to do it, otherwise as thebobkat says you should be able to unzip the cbr cbz files... though official files may be different.

They are unzipped and under the CBR, I just want to print them so I can read them like a normal comic and not on my screen. I don't have a tablet and app. I just have a regular phone with none of the gadgets

If they're just JPEG files, I'd copy-paste them to blank MS Word pages and print. There also should be other utilities that can print jpegs directly or convert them to something like PDF to print from there...

I can't open in Adobe cause it's not a supported file

It would appear you need to use WinRAR to open a CBR file.

You could always buy the printed issues instead of the digital editions. That's sort of exactly what you're describing.
