I'm sure such complaints have already been done in the past.... And didn't change anything otherwise it wouldn't't be happening now.
What's really needed are official release dates for all stores and pull customers in with a "release sale". Lots of product does such, no reason to not do it with this product.

$18.06 each plus tax for 2 total Deluxe SS figures (and a $5.06 filler to hit $50) after using the sale and $10 off $50 Easter coupon. Got another card to repeat again if any Wave 2 Siege Voyagers appear.

They do that for toylines but not waves. If you want scheduled releases where you are sure to get what you want, just preorder online.

well, I got my raincheck...
Doesn't seem like they do them often as it was a pain to get it done, but at least, I'm set for 4 deluxe, and 2 leaders/voyagers when they come out.

It's because in their system the skus show in stock. I had a guy check the floor and the backroom for the figures because the sku I wanted a rain check for showed they had tons. But that was the older wave, eventually I got it but it was a bit of a wait.
Usually though it's been no issue.

I used the flyer to show and explain that they had used wave 2 figures on the flyer, so they should have them already if they are advertising them.
She checked the system and the SKUs did only show the wave 1 in stock.
The clerk stock referred again to the flyers figures, but as she didn't really knew anything about transformers it was not that hard to explain that those 2 were wave 2, and there should be the other sizes also available so that was the end of it and got my raincheck.
