I don't get the shipping values...$15.27 to ship a scout figure and then only $8.14 to ship a voyager??????????

I had edited the wrong section, instead of the 'start auction' I edited the shipping. D'oh! it should be a flat 15$ for everything, but if I've made it lower, I'm not going to correct it, that's my error.
