Marketing student asking for some help!

I'm currently a university business student making a marketing plan for a make belief comic book store, and I need some help from the community.

1. Can any of you guys tell me what kinds of margins a comic book store makes on its products?

Specifically:
1) Comics books and graphic novels
2) Typical action figures (mass production ones from Mattel, Hasbro etc.)
3) Collectible action figures (DC Collectibles, etc.)
4) Premium collectibles (Hot Toys, Statues, etc.)
5) Clothing/Apparel

2. What would a typical promotional budget (monthly or yearly) for a comic book store be?
