Re: TF CON reviews, reports, picture links etc.
Didn't see you, but my 3yr old son couldn't keep his eyes off whoever was Animated Swoop, all through the McNeil panel he kept looking over his chair at her.
I had a great but abbreviated day (restless kids). The McNeil panel was a riot to watch. Found a couple things to help go towards completing my 84-86 lines. Hopefully next year I can make it a full weekend.

Re: TF CON reviews, reports, picture links etc.
Met up with Vangelus, someone thought I was him, so I wanted to get a picture with him to compare:
I'll post more photos after tomorrow.

Re: TF CON reviews, reports, picture links etc.
I don't recall these 3rd party toys being released yet
Main dealer room again
This guy had a lot of loose complete G1s:
The 3rd party announcements:
They had the most parts for sale. I was considering a loose G1 BB but at $45 - it was too pricey.
I really wanted to buy some scramble city combiners but I held back since I don't collect G1s
Lots of SDCCs on sale. I already got mine (it's running for $36 on evilbay right now) while Bruticus was $245
SOme customs:
The Hexa-whatever - definitely want:

Re: TF CON reviews, reports, picture links etc.
The crowds were great. Some bumps here and there but ppl apologized. Kids were really well behaved too.
Very few binaltechs for sale. Lots of United figures for sale. Lots of Takara TFA figures. Lots of Takara TFP figures for sale.
Prices were overall high - like $40 for the new deluxe wheelie and $200 for MISB ultra magnus and skywarp. Dealers weren't in a rush to sell things since they felt the value of the toys will go up anyways.
But there were some gems in various places that can be had - like a custom ROTF megatron for $140 and someone picked up a really good condition boxed G1 snarl for $65
