Transformers (ongoing) #13 discussion...

Any of you check it out yet?

The final page should be made into a poster, IMO.

I liked it, was well done. Not sure I like his new look though. And how much time has passed since we last saw him, seriously??

Like the cover. Reminds me of the Spotlight.

Re: Transformers (ongoing) #13 discussion...

I don't know the story seemed kind of weak. Hot rod was written so one dimentional. Cockey and bash without an ounce of brains. The Indian Jones hide in the fridge thing wasn't all that great when Indy did it. Using it second hand didn't make it any better, especially when there were missles rattling around inside with him, and yet, not one ever seemed to go off. It's obvious the writer hasn't read the previous issue because WTF is Razorclaw doing in the story when he was back on earth in the last issue.

Not a good issue IMHO.

Ummm Razorclaw has been with the Decepticons on Charr or wherever they are the whole time. It's the rest of the RPedacons that are on Earth. Hence why Rampage was the spokesman for the team

Whoops... that's my bad. Didn't do a head count when I was reading issue 12. Still doesn't change my opinion on the rest of it though.

I liked it as a set up story but it seemed a tad rushed. If they go in a good direction with it I can forgive. If it doesn't go well though they need to turn things over to Roche. He seems to be the go-to guy at IDW for tying loose plot threads together and generally cleaning up the mess.

Just received this issue in the mail today, wasn't too impressed. The entire comic felt like filler with a lot of tired cliches. I've not been all that impressed with the last few issues so this might be my last issue. The Green Hornet comic on the other hand was quite enjoyable.
