The arrival of the Autobots scene was pure magic (SPOILERS)

I've seen it 4 times and I still cannot get over how amazing that scene the arrival of the Autobots is.

It starts off with the 4 Autobot Protoforms from coming from space and nearing our atmosphere. And then Steve Jablonsky's brilliant score kicks in. From that scene to the Autobots adopting their Earth forms to the final Transformations from vehicle to robot in a single long take......its just pure magic.

That scene was perfect in every way and you can't help but get goosebumps and your heart is just racing. The moment I saw the first scene with them arriving from space, I couldn't help but think to myself silently "oh shit, here they come."

I have to say that, that scene was the best scene in the entire movie

Bay executed the introduction of the Autobots ever so perfectly.

Thank you for that scene. It could not have been done any other way.

Yes I felt like crying during that part really along with a couple others I was so happy! " OMG ITS NOT SUCKING" type happy hahaha! "omg this is so great!" type happy!

My only beef...


they are freakn advanced life forms who can travel through space yet they can't figure out how to %(*$#ing land?! WTF?! Let alone land all in a group?.. come onnnnnnnn! Its just a good thing they managed to land with out killing anyone Freakn ironhide landed right in a dang pool what if he had landed in the room that cute lil girl was in :P

At least they came up with a good reason why MEGAtron crashed I don't see why these guys had to crash land into the planet!

I agree and fell the same way, I've seen it 3 times myself and I still get goosebumps everytime. Amazing scene.Amazing movie!

I have to agree. The introduction scene of all the Autobots was perfect. The way the camera panned around Optimus while he transformed mesmerized me. When the scene scrolled down revealing the other Autobots and the way each transformation revealed something about their character brought back nostalgic feelings when I was a kid watching the original cartoons.
Another moment worth mentioning is the scene right after Optimus rips the roof of the SUV and calls the other Autobots. I got giddy watching them emerge from the background and perform acrobatic maneuvers. It kinda gave me a TMNT vibe but with much cooler characters.
