HA Barricade...Slightly better pics!

It would be nice if I had a proper lightbox to take some decent pictures, for now my floor will have to do!

Anyway I got HA Barricade today, and he's much better than I thought he would be. Awesome head sculpt, lots of articulation with the exception of the legs. His knees only bend forward, and his legs swivel outward instead of back and forth. There's still enough there to make me happy though!

The brown looking plastic on him is actually kind of a grey/green color, doesn't look that bad though.



Vehicle mode is awesome.. no complaints here



He's pretty much identical to the deluxe version, with the exception of the chrome gas cap. Pressing it pops out his super death wheel in robot mode.



"Police" on the spoiler is reversed





2 cannons flip out from under his chest that Frenzy can man while in robot mode.



Frenzy tucks away neatly under the hood!



Not much to say about Frenzy..slightly smaller than the deluxe one. He's got plenty of articulation.



Transformation is pretty much exactly the same as the deluxe, with a few extra bits thrown in.



Robot mode! Looks great, but could certainly do with more black and silver.



He has light piping in his eyes, which look red here. It's actually purple.

Wow, thanks for sharing. I was sort of disappointed in the pics of him, but now that I see him here, he looks fantastic. Definitely too much grey. Could use more black, but that would be easy to fix.

This toy just went from definite pass to probably buy based on these pics.

Super awesome head sculpt, lots of detail.



He's got a super angry yelling face gimmick!





Arms are nice and sturdy with lots of articulation.



Super death wheel pops out of his arm by pressing the gas cap. Thankfully its not always popping out on its own the way the arms on the deluxe do.



Blades fold out like so!



Frenzy can sit up behind his head in robot mode, and also in the center of the chest with the 2 guns that flip out.



He also gets a gun turret that flips out of the right arm. The seat is nowhere close to the gun though.

Now that I look at the pictures some more, this guy is worth picking up just for the vehicle mode alone. Wow. Just wow.

Shit. This is a must have. All he needs is a nice flashing lights mod.

I feel the same way, probably gonna buy this maybe just for the car mode alone. A definite improvement over the deluxe, even though it costs about 2x the price.
