I'm not sure how: if they want the figure back, I'll already lose the $51 I paid in customs, they'll pay up to a certain amount for the return shipping, and then I'll probably have to pay another $51 in customs if they declare the same value! Pretty sure I'm screwed. Not sure what kind of spare parts they could send, they probably don't have any.

Re: Kronos (Daca Toys) Review
@Pascal, looks like several people are concerned about their Kronos at TFW too. They even started this poll to report issues. Apparently they are trying to get the results of it to Arafat. Might be a place for you to voice your issues.
You can actually see the results of the poll so far here. Doesn't look too positive so far.

In my experience, they would simply send you a replacement part for you to conduct repairs on your own. I'm sure the die-cast foot isn't broken, right? Is the large plastic leg broken? I expect the part broken on yours is the small white odd shaped piece that connects the two, am I right? Well that would probably be pretty cheap to send, and I doubt something that small would get hit with customs.

Re: Kronos (Daca Toys) Review
In the past I've mainly contacted the company (ie KFC, kids logic) to get replacement parts. In other cases I've had the retailer get the spare parts for me and ship them to me.
I'd say all but one company (toy world) was very helpful in making sure I got the replacement parts.
Just send an email...never hurts to ask.

Never hurts to be somewhat civil and respectful when asking for assistance with issues like this as well. A little bit of honey gets more bees !

Re: Kronos (Daca Toys) Review
It'll have to be through BBTS, Arafat (the guy behind Kronos) has completely disappeared from the Kronos thread.

Re: Kronos (Daca Toys) Review
Saw some reviews. The idea of MP Jetfire is nice. But for a no name company to jump into a Masterpiece figure, unless you have prior toy releases, you are already behind the eight ball if you throw out an inferior product. The expectation bar goes way up when you try to put out a masterpiece product. Fan Toys got lucky with their Quakewave; not perfect but pretty damn good.
I was considering geting Kronos but after seeing all these issues, it's an easy pass

I was under the impression that the piece you broke was separate from the entire leg.
