New York Trip
In the end of this month me and my wife are taking a trip down to New York. I was wondering if anyone knows any good spots to find some new or older Transformers.

Re: New York Trip
The wife wants to stop in at the Walden Galleria in Buffalo also, so if anything in that area would be nice too.

New York City? If so, checkout the TRU, I found Wheelie, Vehicons, and other FE Prime figures.

Re: New York Trip
You should really go to one of the American sites and ask this, you'll probably get better answers.

Re: New York Trip
I've been to NYC a few times, but have not ahad a whole lot of luck with TF's. The TRU is a fun place, but they don't have anything really different than the standard fare and I think it is more $$. There is also a famous comic shop Midtown Comics around times square, but TF's are scarce and $$. The problem is that NYC is so big and it takes a while to get around that there, that I could never really count on having time to hunt, plus you are in NYC, live it up a bit!

Re: New York Trip
So jealous. I love New York. I went there last summer but didn't find much in transformers items. TRU is good as well check out FAO Schwartz toy store. You won't find any G1 or Japanese imports but those places are cool stores.

Re: New York Trip
I just went to NYC this past weekend!
For toys, I reccomend Midtown comics (it's popular so you gotta be lucky), the TRU in Times Square or at FAO Schwartz.
the TRU on Friday was FULL of Generations toys (I think of a combiner team? Arialbots?) and some other older lines.
FAO is packed with DOTM toys. Do not waannt.
Also please use the Subway, it's much easier paying 2.50$ for a (refillable) subway card than walking miles on 5th avenue.
