Local dealer Canucktibles has him for 21.99 Canadian and you can pay at pick up if you are in the burlington area as he has a store here or he has flat rate shipping for 14.99 and he charges in Canadian dollars so there is no currency exchange fee. He is a great guy and I totally recommend him fully. You can also order it and pick it up at the 80's toy expo this Sunday or at tfcon if you are going.

I think the seller will be pissed once he realizes his "free" shipping will cost him anywhere from $9-20 depending on location...
