A lot of people got rainchecks from a sale a few weeks before - myself included.

If he shows in the system you can get a raincheck for it depending on the store as i got one for SS as well

That's false, people got their rainchecks at the end of August, SS started showing up in stores at the end of September (Crobot91 made the first sighting on Sept. 30).
