hasbro replacement parts?

I got masterpiece soundwave but he was missing a finger-joint. My question is does anyone know of hasbro sending replace parts. P.s i cant return him because i cant get one in return.

You could e-mail/write in to try, but it sounds like you'd just be asking for them to give you the finger.

I had an issue with MP Rodimus' arm being broken and when I contacted them I was told it was a store exclusive so they did not carry stock to cover replacements. (Two weeks later I got a check from Hasbro for 95% of what he cost me!)

wow... that's much better than getting the finger.

What would you have preferred: Getting replacement parts; Having MP Rodimus replaced with a new one; or, receiving that compensation check?

Me too, arm was broken too
got refund for around $70 from Hasbro
They only ask for the toy itself.
so I return the toy only.
I kept the his weapons + matrix and instruction and box.

I recommend to contact them by email from their website
