Optimus Toy Question

i plan on buying this http://chimungmung.com/product_info....roducts_id=996 and its for ASP-01 and since i only have rotf leader prime and a variant i was wondering if this would work for it too or only striker prime

I would be careful with this and do some research. I know that the original jetwing pack has a slotted tab on the back of a buster prime that isn't normally there. If that slotted tab is present on this version (wing kit) it may not fit correctly on the prime you own.

NO it won't. Each of the ROTF Prime releases are slightly different to accommodate their respective gimmicks:

Original ROTF Prime: Not removable gas tanks and flip out swords.
Buster Prime: Removeable gas tanks (to form his gun) and flip out swords.
Jetwing Prime: Removeable gas tanks, a slotted tab on the back for the Jetwing backpack, clips on the underside of the forearms for the Jetwing guns to clip on to, and the flip out swords are omitted.
Striker Prime: Not removable gas tanks but slightly remolded to accommodate its stealth force mode, clips on the underside of the forearms, and omitted flip out swords.

TL;DR: Only the Jetwing Prime mold can wear the jetpack properly.

Ya, the tab on the back isn't on the Buster Prime mold, but that isn't a big deal. It won't be super secure but not a big problem. The problem is Buster prime doesn't have the slots on the bottom of the forearms for the Jetwing guns to clip on to properly, and also the swords would get in the way.

If you're planning on spending this much for just the jet pack, why not just wait for a sale and buy the Jetwing optimus from amazon? At christmas it was on sale for $55. And as of right now they have some used ones for $60 right now.
