Re: Your 2009 top 5 Transformers

1) MP Grimlock - Waited forever for this one!

2) ROTF Long Haul - One of the most anticipated ROTF toys of the year and worth every last penny.

3) HA Sideswipe - Fans of the autobot and Corvette rejoice! This was simply a beautifully done piece!

4) Universe 2.0 Inferno - Beautifully sculpted and detailed, plus the nestalgia factor for me is off the charts!

5) MP Skywarp - Just plain awesome really, especailly love the details and coloration.

Pretty tought to name 5...looking back, what a great year for TF's
1. Masterpiece Grimlock. It cost an arm and a leg, but well worth it.
2. ROTF Prime. Complex tranformation aside, one of the best prime ever, I wish we got the Buster version though...
3. HA Bumblebee. Awsome toy in a great new subline. THe only issue is that ever HA toy has a lot to live up too.
4. Animated Swindel, Great toy based off an even greater character.
5. ROTF Sideswipe- Great Example of the amazing work being done with the new deluxe figures

Looks like ROTF Leader Optimus Prime and ROTF Human Alliance Bumblebee are the clear winners of this year. Without arguement from me for sure.

I acutally think ROTF Prime is a tad overrated myself *waits for the flamefest * Good toy but not one of my favorites though Buster Prime is awesome.

For now, the closest thing to a Masterpiece Hot Rod toy, put on a select few repro labels (like the saw disc) and your set
That toy come out 2008 man
