Guestly, BotCon always has a great line-up.

Sure it was annoying how they only announced them the week before the con (deliberate surprise ...or poor organizing? ); and announcing a Stan Bush concert when it's too late to reg for it? Not good.

But the bottom line is, they always have great guests. I figure at least 1 stand-out BeastWar VA
(Kaye, Chalk, McNeil, all of whom are AWESOME with fans), and a G1 voicer.

With Peter Cullen having attended the last 3 of 4 years of Transformers Conventions, I doubt he'll be there plus Frank Welker prefers Transforming away from large audiences (which is respectfully his right).

But I'd still expect amazing guests including:

-1 BW top VA
-1 G1 VA's
-Many IDW staff, with alot of answers to give
-Daniel Ross (the fan voicer who went pro, and voiced Starscream in the video game)
-Hasbro guys (their panel is always packed)

-1 more guest (G1 writer, producer, voice director, toy ad-der, legendary Simon Furman, TF music person)

So while they may shaft you in announcing guests, event scheduling, your reg. package, and many other things, their lineup is always great and very filling for fans.
