Good q as usual.
My favorite is G1, such an interesting character.
After, in order:
Armada - neat take, giving him honour
Beast Wars - nice addition to his ghost arc, plus the whole indestructible spark thing, despite the sloppy direction of his actual episode.
Animated - while not too serious, they touched on lots of different facets and cool situations for him
