Virtually the same situation over here, for Toxitron subline; 1 deluxe case per store (2 if u lucky) - endless voyagers, bound for clearance - no leaders, at all

Star Raiders' leader class (alleged to be Thundertron) has not been shown at all
The going theory is that he likely comes packed in with another figure to justify leader-class pricing (ie. a weaponizer/armorizer, maybe - or a couple of battlemasters?) possibly in a similar vein as the 3rd Netflix leader class Megatron+Skelivore

If they had to shortpack anyone, I can't see Filch becoming a soul-crushing manhunt as previous exclusive subline shortpacked figs:
Cosmos -> G1 mainline character, everyone freaks out
Clampdown -> not nearly as much manhunt, hell I found mine @ TreasureHunt
G2 DeadEnd -> combiner limb, nuff said
G2 sunset-swipe -> the baddest-*ss MFer on the planet
(apparently) Filch -> ...a bird?
Which is to say, surely there's less demand for this character, than previous ones
