Toys r us .com will ship to Canada so long as it is not an exclusive in my experience. I have been able to get stuff from them with no issue until I tried to order Breakneck and Quickslinger. They said no shipping to Canada which I assume was based on the comic. Arcee MAY potentially be different but I doubt it will be. I got mine from HTS with no problem but shipping cost was killer. Grotusque I got from RK took about a week
