It looks like the pin was "misfired" into place. Being that the plastic is already stressed, chances are anything you try to do is going to break it totally.
It's also such a small part that gluing it back into place is not really going to help, as it will just break again & again. It sucks, but you might just be better off trying to find someone with a spare WJ gun from a bot they used for parts.
