LePage or permatex make a 2 part primer /glue that works on TF plastics ...wurth makes one as well, industrial strenght lastly go to an auto motive supplier napa or such the car industry makes all kinds of products to repair /weld,,bond plastics ,talk to them on the type of plastic you need to bond repair they can help
