This was a special offer that were were giving to attendees of TFCon and the Collectible Toy Expo that gave then $15 off any online purchase over $75!! To make the comparison, basic (small level) shipping is also worth $15, so you do the math! Oh, did I fail to mention that we're Canadian too?
