Why don't just get the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant from Bell, full retail, unlock it (pretty easy, google it) and run it on Rogers?
I have one for 2.5 months now and I love it. Not perfect by any means but it is a pretty decent Android phone. I like the 4" AMOLED screen more than the iPhone4 Retina Display.
