They were fine in the past, but I guess it's due to Covid? For toys specifically, I think the supply issue would be Hasbro's fault.
I ordered some Marvel Legends (also Hasbro) and EB won't pick up the phone, wanted to cancel since the store has them in stock but now I have to keep the order and wait instead...lol.
They shipped out an order I made yesterday, so something is working in their logistics and something isn't.
