As someone who works with TRU, let me clarify the coupon:
The 10% off coupon works for almost anything in store. Also works on things on sale (.97) and on items that are on Liquidation (.98). Only time we cannot use the 10% off is on items like new Legos that are TPR'd to end with .94 (or super rare sets that are 200$+) or "final sale" items, video games and video game accessories and certain baby brands and foods.
