Not in it's entirety, but you have the torso and the limbs, then there's the CAD drawing.
edit: Just realized you mean the TT one. People had enhanced the blacked out one so you can see quite a bit of detail. The Arms aren't great and they Feet guns looks like they're blocks instead of fins.
