I was lucky enough to review it, but I never bought the set. Sticking with my RTS custom Hot Rod and Wreck Gar. I agree it is quite over priced. The paint IS premium and looks great in hand, but not worth it for me. Nice if you have the scratch, surprisingly so, but I agree, hard to swallow that expensive pill. Also, it IS very similar to the United one for sure and you are right about the engine block.
