Right now, for the most part, they are just conventional gasoline engine equipped, although some aftermarket companies do offer hybrid conversion kits.
The full electric versions (from the manufacturer) are scheduled for a "trickling" release starting in the fourth quarter of 2010. Full blown release by 2012.
