Yeah, thats the leader price point now anyways. TRU is currently selling all their leaders at that price

And it will be the same for Siege.
Anyways, that being said, this was always a better deal than any other leader even at full price since he comes with like 4 extra weapons more than the mainline release (and one of them is an extra transforming figure).
