I love that Blurr mold, but I still think the recent Generations Nightbeat (the Bumblebee remold) is a pretty good version of the character (though it could use some touch-ups). And running with the Headmaster schtick, you don't even have to worry about there being enough room for the new head in the transformation.
Also, the CW Dead End seems like a good candidate as well.
