If you can't show them an actual price for an item, they don't want to match it. If the flyer shows the actual price for, say, a deluxe class figure, then fine.

This has been my experience as well
Haven't admatched in a while, but when I did, it was in WalMart, with TRU flyer in-hand
They literally said "they needed a displayed dollar amount" to override the price to; they wouldn't do percentages, claiming that 25% off their item, wouldn't be the same as 25% of TRU's item (back before the Siege price increase, when TRU figs were actually more expensive than WM; these days are basically the same)
Bumped my head and got refused a few times early in, but I figured it out enough, cleaned up on a few things (mostly TR)
