I normally get email confirmation regardless of shipping/processing delays from all other retailers and since I don't order from TRU normally, wanted to know others' experience.

I got shockwave and got my confirmation right away, also processing on website. It says customer@toys... so I almost missed it in my inbox. If you're using gmail sometimes it gets thrown into the promotions tab.
