I kept getting the OOS issue with Spinister at 10am, then around 11. I happened to try again at 1:45pm, and it went through. The order is still showing as "Processing," so that's probably good. The last completed sale was cancelled within an hour.
(I checked around 3pm for availability, and it's OOS again)
