That sideswipe head design is spectacular, I love it. The new prime is amazing as well, glad I didn't buy the leader prime or megs from the first movie (I didn't think either were particularly impressive, especially at the canadian price point)
Can you confirm that the head is indeed sideswipe's?
I don't see him being an upgraded Jazz either.
