Yeah, EB uses Purolator exclusively. Usually they're okay for me and I've got the sticker too, but once their driver called me (supposedly from the front of my building) and I gave them directions and they STILL left it at a pickup location. It's hit and miss with all these couriers, really. You should be able to tell them to send it for another delivery attempt though.
