I was thankfully lucky when TRU shipped Soundwave & AS but I recall several complaints and photos of damaged packages.
Glad I'm not the only one that noticed the mark-up... I'm working today, so my wife preordered in store as the Customer Service line said she could take advantage of the $15 off... when she arrived, they told her it's not possible. She called back and after explaining how she was given the run-around, they granted it.
