It works wonders. The trick is apply a very, very small amount to a soft paper towel (ensure the towel itself isn't abrasive) then rub a very thin amount on the toy and let it dry. Wipe it off using a bit of pressure. Be careful as it will remove paint...but that's the point, and it should do a great job removing that imperfection after a couple applications. I've fixed some pretty major scratches with it!
