As far as I know and could find, it's not an exclusive, so in time, it should show up at Walmart/TrU.
I got mine when I saw it at EB games (expected to maybe find the deluxes or the bull hammer, which I've yet to see) as for so many figures now, either you grab it or miss out if you take the gamble that it was be a regular one.
I missed out on quite a few in the last few years so while I'd rather have sales, for such, I'd rather not risk it even though I know that they're overpriced.
And at this point, the sales have been so few that I could have missed a few of the figures.
