Detolf in box fit in my brother’s Corolla sedan with backseats folded down, my small Subaru WRX wagon/Bimmer 325 wagon (these are just glorified hatchbacks happaned to be called wagons) I have at the time so it can be done with smaller cars, or the right smaller cars. Billy shelves are a lot bulkier and longer so I can see why it won’t fit a small hatchback.
