I ordered an extra Punch-Counterpunch off Amazon.com (to qualify for free shipping) shipped to my US mailbox. With my mailbox fee it’s coming out to USD$57 for the 2 of them.
If anyone is interested in the extra one, PM me an offer. This won’t arrive until late September. I’ll post about it again once I’ve received it. I don’t know when I’ll be charged so I don’t know what CAD will be worth at that point.
