Randomly decided to check TRU.ca and found Combiner wars Cyclonus was there, although you can't buy him:

Seems somewhat random, I wasn't expecting Cyclonus for another few months at least :S I like the art on his pack-in card, but it doesn't really look like Cyclonus or the toy
In fact it looks a lot like an updated version of the classics toy.
