I was lucky enough to order some items for BF... but I havent even received the order confirm from TRU. I understand that there is an overall delay due to COVID which doesn't concern me - but is it normal for TRU to not send an order confirm email? I ordered on 25th. I don't order from TRU so if this is normal, would be helpful. My order says "processing" from the website.
I normally get email confirmation regardless of shipping/processing delays from all other retailers and since I don't order from TRU normally, wanted to know others' experience.
