Not all staff are up to par on their policy knowledge, in my experience it can be used at any store up to 6 months for the date issued...you need to have the paper though as it lists the limitations. If a staff member says its for the other store, find a manager...and tell them when you called TRU they said it can be used at any store...
I have a question though, can you use that raincheck for an online purchase? Has anyone tried it before?
