Said that, but I was at the mall for something else & needed to get home. No lineup at the customer service counter which is why I went. I think I am always respectful & never confrontational when doing returns/price adjustments/exchanges, I feel some sympathy for them as many folks they deal with throughout the day are jerks or downright liars.
I keep the receipt in my vehicle just in case. Will post what happens today at the Wal*Mart close to my office.
