I placed the same order that you did through Amazon.com (Repugnus + Blast Off) and the total price was 66.21 USD, which converts to 86.45 CAD. So you paid 43.22 CAD per figure. And no, you're not going to get the duty fee refunded in full. If you're lucky, you'll get about a dollar back.
If I was to order Blast Off plus another figure of the same price through Amazon.ca, the total would be 79.72 CAD shipped. You could also buy just one figure plus a filler item to reach the $35 minimum for free shipping like a $1.14 box of paper clips and end up paying 41.54 CAD. So at best you paid the same, but likely paid more.
